Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Assembly clip -T40025-
  W00-1170
Removing
–  Remove storage compartment on driver's side → Rep. Gr.68.
–  Press down clutch pedal to compress the over-centre spring and fit assembly clip -T40025- onto over-centre spring.
–  Move clutch pedal to rest position and take out over-centre spring together with assembly clip -T40025- downwards.
Installing
–  Pull clutch pedal into passenger compartment.
–  Insert over-centre spring with assembly clip -T40025-.
l  Installation position: Black side of over-centre spring points towards clutch pedal.
–  Operate clutch pedal and pull out assembly clip.
