Removing and installing cylinder head cover

Removing
   
–  Remove engine cover panel -arrows-.
–  Take out noise insulation at injectors.
–  Remove injectors → Rep. gr.23.
–  Remove fuel rail → Rep. gr.23.

–  Open clips -arrows- and remove toothed belt cover.

–  Detach bracket -1- with wiring for Lambda probe and temperature sender before particulate filter from cylinder head cover.
–  Detach crankcase breather line -3- and move clear.

–  Unscrew bolts for fuel lines -arrows-.
  A23-10272
–  Remove bolts -1- to -7- and detach cylinder head cover.
Installing
Install in reverse order. Note the following:
→ Chapter „Cylinder head cover - exploded view“
  Note
Renew gasket for bolts if damaged.
–  Install cylinder head cover, tightening sequence → Fig..
