Removing and installing oil filter bracket Removing

–  Remove engine cover panel -arrows-.

–  Open hose clips -arrows- and detach air hose. –  Drain coolant → Chapter.

–  Detach coolant hoses -arrows-. –  Remove bolts -1- and -2- and take out coolant pipe.

–  Remove bolts -1- and -2-. –  Unscrew sealing cap -3- and take out oil filter element.

–  Unplug electrical connector -1-. –  Disconnect oil supply line -2-. –  Detach coolant hoses -3- and -4-.

–  Unscrew bolts -arrows- and remove oil filter bracket. Installing Install in reverse order. Note the following: Tightening torques → Chapter „Oil filter bracket and engine oil cooler - exploded view“ –  Fill up with coolant → Chapter.
