Calibrating reversing camera system
After performing service work on the vehicle it may be necessary to re-calibrate the reversing camera system. This is required after:
t  Removing and installing reversing camera -R189-
t  Renewing reversing camera system control unit -J772-
t  Performing accident repair work on rear lid
t  Wheel alignment
t  Performing repair work on rear axle
Requirements for calibration
t  Camera lens must be clean.
t  Vehicle must be positioned on a firm and even surface.
t  There must be sufficient space around the vehicle.
t  Parking brake must be activated.
t  Steering wheel must be in centre position, wheels must be straight.
t  All doors and the rear lid must be closed.
t  There must not be anyone inside the vehicle.
t  Vehicle must not be loaded (unladen weight).
t  Switch on ignition before every calibration.
