Drive Plate with Overload Protection

Remove the compressor.

Removing

-

Remove bolts - A -.

‹› Use a commercially available band wrench (with webbed band) to counterhold at drive plate - C -.

Installing

-

Position drive plate with overload safeguard - B - onto drive plate - C -.

-

Insert bolts - A - and tighten them by hand.

-

Check run-out of drive plate - B - => [ Drive Plate with Overload Protection, Checking Run-Out and Adjusting ] See: Adjustments. 

-

Tighten bolts - A - (tightening torque 10 Nm).

Check run-out of drive plate - B - again => [ Drive Plate with Overload Protection, Checking Run-Out and Adjusting ] See: Adjustments.
