‹› Headlamps must be adjusted after performing measures that could influence headlamp adjustment. Refer to => [ Checking and Adjusting

Conditions ] See: Adjustments/Checking and Adjusting Conditions.

Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motors

‹› The headlamp housing must be cut at the designated location with a sharp box cutter to replace the adjustment motor.

‹› A housing cover can be ordered to seal the assembly opening.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Protective gloves

‹› Protective eyewear

‹› Box cutter

Removing

CAUTION!
Danger to life due to high voltage.

‹› Always disconnect the battery wire strap before working on gas-discharge headlamp components marked with yellow high-voltage

symbols.
