ATF Cooler and Lines Assembly Overview

Information. 

‹› Seal any open lines and connections with a clean plug from the engine bung set (VAS 6122).

‹› Check Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) level after replacing ATF lines. Refer to => [ ATF Level, Checking and Correcting ] See: Fluid -

A/T/Service and Repair/0B6A Transmission/ATF Level, Checking and Correcting.

CAUTION!
There is a risk of damaging the transmission.

‹› Remove all the plugs on the ATF lines and on the transmission that were installed during removal.

‹› The ATF cooling function will not work and the transmission will be damaged if the plugs are forgotten.
