Left Center Vent Motor V110 - "Comfort" Version Only, Removing And Installing 

NOTE: 

-

Installed only in vehicles with "Comfort" version A/C system

-

On vehicles with "Basic" version front A/C control head Climatronic Control Module J255, the flaps for left and right side vents as well as flaps
for left and right center vents are operated by Left Side Vent Motor V299 - B - (left and right flaps are connected to each other respectively via a
shaft, both shafts are connected to a lever).

Motor is secured to a retaining plate, this retaining plate can then only be removed and installed with the instrument panel installed when bolts - C
- are not tightened too tightly. Since on the other hand the connection of the lever on the control motors to the levers on the flaps cannot be
checked with the instrument panel installed, it makes sense to remove the instrument panel and remove and install the control motor with the
retaining plate installed, despite the great amount of work involved to remove and install this control motor.

Removing 

-

Remove instrument panel.

-

Remove bolts - E - from Left Center Vent Motor V110 - C -, remove motor.

Disconnect connector - G - from motor - C -.
