Removing And Installing Radiator Grill

Removing

-

Release catches (arrows).

-

Swing out radiator grill at top, then pull off at bottom.

Installing

NOTE:  To ease assembly, apply lubricant to the PU seal.

Install radiator grill at bottom in center (make sure it is properly centered) and pivot it into place in direction shown in inset (arrow).

Dimension -a- = 2 mm ± 0.5 mm (0.079 in. ± 0.019 in.)

When installing, make sure radiator grill engages audibly in position
