3 Series E46 316i (M43TU) SAL
Install cylinder head and tighten down with new cylinder head bolts
(lightly oiled) in the sequence 1 ... 10.
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 12 6AZ.
Note:
Use special tool 11 2 250.
For torsion angle adjustment, use special tool 00 9 120 or
special tool 11 2 110.
Tighten down guide rail and tensioning rail on cylinder head.
Locate camshaft with special tool 11 3 190 in firing TDC position
of first cylinder.
