Straightening angle sets and portal fixtures

E52, E46 convertible

Situation: 

A new straightening angle set is required for professional body repairs. Here, a difference
should be made between the straightening gauge manufacturers CELETTE, CAR BENCH
and CAR-O-LINER.

Straightening angle sets, portal fixtures and vehicle data sheets can be called off from the
launch of the E52.

The tools listed below for the E52 are only applicable for body repairs at repair points in
Germany, USA, Japan and Dubai.

For the E46 convertible, only new portal fixtures and data sheets are required for the
vehicle upper body. Straightening angle sets and portal fixtures for the A-pillar and data
sheets for the vehicle underbody are identical to the E 46 coupé .

CELETTE

The E52 straightening angle set and portal fixtures cover the entire scope of repairs.

For the E46 convertible, portal fixtures for the cowl panel and for the convertible top box are
also required.

The portal fixtures are to be used in conjunction with the portal gauge.

CAR BENCH

For the E52, assembly on the universal straightening set is recommended. This will cover
the usual scope of repairs. To perform repair work, the setup plan A 4232900 relevant to
the vehicle is required.

In addition, portal fixtures are required.

For the E46 convertible, portal fixtures for the cowl panel and for the convertible top box are
also required.

The portal fixtures are to be used in conjunction with the portal gauge.

CAR-O-LINER

Data sheet 2:042 should be selected for repairs to the E52 underbody.

Data sheet 602:023 should be selected for repairs to the E52 upper body.

Data sheet 2:036 should be selected for repairs to the E46 convertible underbody.

Data sheet 602:026 should be selected for repairs to the E46 convertible upper body.

Procedure:

The straightening angle sets will be stocked as store tools and will only be delivered to
order.
