5 Series E34 525td (M51) TOUR
Disconnect plug-in contacts and connections for glow plugs.
Disconnect plug connection from initial injection sensor.
Unfasten clip between AGR pipe and coolant connection line.
Remove AGR line.
Unfasten exhaust turbocharger from exhaust manifold.
Installation:
Replace seal.
Coat thread with copper paste -CRC-.
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 65 1AZ
Removing alternator drive belt,
refer to 11 28 010
Remove bracket for belt tensioner.
Disconnect damper.
