Checking internal pressure of injection pump
(M41, M51)
Installation location (hollow screw, outlet screw) below the air
manifold (1) on the fuel injection pump.
Remove leakage line (1) from fuel injection valves, then remove
hollow screw (2).
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 13 51 5AZ
Installation:
Replace sealing rings on hollow screw.
Connect special tool 13 5 131 to injection pump.
Connect banjo bolt to special tool 13 5 131 by means of plastic
hose (1).
Connect special tool 13 3 063 to special tool 13 5 131.
Connect special tool 13 5 133 to the banjo bolt.
Connect leakage line from cylinder injection nozzle (1) to special
tool 13 5 133.
