Remove the rear seat side belt outer retractors (Refer to Figure 3):

Pull the belt until the excess is off of the spool.
^
Secure the belt to prevent belt retraction.
^
Remove the retractor bolts.
8.
Remove the RH side rear seat-back outer cushion wheel well insulator (1). Refer to Figure 4.
