Power Steering Pressure Control Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. 
2. Remove the steering gear. 
3. Remove the power steering fluid flow control valve actuator screws.
4. Remove the power steering fluid flow control valve actuator.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the power steering fluid flow control valve actuator.
2. Install the power steering fluid flow control valve actuator screws.

Tighten the power steering fluid flow control valve actuator screws to 3 Nm (27 inch lbs.).

3. Install the steering gear. 
4. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
5. Reprogram applicable accessories.
