Sunroof / Moonroof Wiring Harness: Service and Repair
SUNROOF WIRING HARNESS REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the headliner.
2. Remove the sunroof control unit.
3. Remove the tape (5) securing the electrical harness to the sunroof actuator (4).
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors (1,3) at the sunroof actuator.
5. Cut the tie straps securing the electrical harness to the drive cable tube.
6. Remove the rear compartment side trim.
7. Disconnect the electrical harness retainers from the rear sunroof drain hose.
NOTE: Note the correct routing of the electrical wiring. Failure to reinstall the wiring properly could result in damage to the wiring.
8. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) at the main body electrical harness (2).
