4. Install the discharge hose bolt.

Tighten 
Tighten the bolt to 9.8 N.m (87 lb in). 

5. Install the discharge hose clamp bolt.
6. Install the discharge hose to the condenser.

7. Install the bolt (1) to the discharge hose.

Tighten 
Tighten the bolt to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in). 

8. Install the radiator.
9. Install the air deflector.

10. Evacuate and recharge the refrigerant system.
11. Leak test the fittings of the component using J 39400-A.
