CTS V8-5.7L VIN P (2004)
6. Remove the retaining bolt from the compressor.
7. Remove the discharge hose bolt from the compressor.
8. Remove the discharge hose from the compressor.
9. Remove the suction hose clamp bolt.
10. Remove the suction hose from the vehicle.
11. Remove and discard the O-ring seals.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Coat the new O-rings with refrigerant oil.
2. Install the suction hose.
3. Connect the suction hose to the evaporator.
IMPORTANT: Squeeze the clamp together until you hear it engage.
4. Position the clamp (1) around the suction hose and engage.
5. Gently tug on the suction line to ensure that the clamp is engaged.
