Accessory Delay Module: Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

System Check

1. 

Turn Ignition Switch to RUN. With all doors closed, turn the Ignition Switch to OFF or LOCK. 
NORMAL RESULT: Power Windows, Astro Roof, Trunk Lid Release, Radio and Wipers are powered for ten minutes after Ignition Switch is
turned to OFF or LOCK.

2. 

Repeat Step 1 and open door. 
NORMAL RESULT: Power is removed from accessories powered by RAP.

Troubleshooting Hints

If RAP is not initiated when Ignition Switch is turned to OFF or LOCK, check for battery voltage at BCM terminal C1/B3 (PNK/BLK) with Igntion
Switch in RUN.

If battery voltage is not present, check PNK/BLK 39 wire for an open.

If battery voltage is present, check BCM connector C1 for proper terminal contact, refer to TECH TIPS for inspection/repair procedures.
