Notice:  Make sure the brake hose is not twisted or kinked after installation. Damage to the hose could result.

4. Install the brake hose (1) to the frame assembly (2).

5. Install the brake hose retainer (1) to the brake hose (3).
6. Remove the rubber cap or plug from the crossover pipe fitting end.
7. Install the brake pipe fitting (1) to the brake hose (3).

Tighten the brake pipe fitting to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

8. Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)  (See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair)Hydraulic

9. Install the left tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation  (See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Service and

Repair) .

10. Lower the vehicle.
