Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the oil filter adapter and oil cooler assembly. Refer to Oil Filter Adapter and Oil Cooler Assembly Replacement (See: Engine/Engine
Lubrication/Oil Filter Adapter/Service and Repair).
3. Remove the water pump to water pump outlet pipe nuts (2).
4. Remove the water pump to water pump outlet pipe studs (1).
5. Remove the water pump outlet pipe.
6. Remove and discard the water pump outlet pipe O-ring and gasket.
