Hinge Replacement: Rear Door - Installation Procedure
1. Install the door hinge to the door jamb. Secure the hinge with the two bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the hinge-to-door jamb bolts to 25 N.m (19 lb ft).
2. Install the door to the hinges. Secure the door with 4 bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the door-to-hinge bolts to 25 N.m (19 lb ft).
3. Install the door check link to the door jamb. Secure the check link with 1 bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the door check link bolt to 5.5 N.m (49 lb in).
4. Remove the jack and the block of wood from beneath the door.
5. Route the door wiring harness and seat the grommet into position in the door jamb, if equipped.
6. Connect the door wiring harness electrical connector.
7. Install the lower B-pillar trim panel (1) to the B-pillar. Secure the trim panel with the plastic retainer.

8. Install the front door sill plate (1) to the vehicle.
9. Connect the negative battery cable, if disconnected.
