Remove the two (2) screw covers and using a T50 tamper-resistant Torx bit socket, remove the driver air bag module mounting screws.

Disconnect the air bag module and horn connectors and remove the air bag module.
CAUTION:
Use appropriate caution when handling the air bag module.

Position the steering wheel in the straight-ahead position and scribe the steering column shaft at the 12 o'clock position for reference.
5.
Fold back the two (2) lock tabs and remove the steering wheel lock nut.
6.
Using a suitable puller, remove the steering wheel.
Steering Wheel Installation:
1.
Center the clockspring connector.
a.
Rotate the clockspring clockwise until it stops.
b.
Rotate it counterclockwise approximately 3 rotations.
c.
Align the arrows at the 9 o'clock position.
