Route the horn and air bag connectors through the steering wheel and install the steering wheel onto the steering shaft referencing the scribe mark
made earlier.

Reinstall the steering wheel lock tab and nut and tighten to specification.
Tightening torque: 13 lb-ft (17 N.m)
4.
Bend the lock tabs into place.
5.
Reconnect the air bag connector and horn connector and reinstall the air bag module and screw covers.
Tightening torque: 130 lb-in (14.7 N.m)
6.
Place a punch mark in the bulkhead to the left of the VIN in the engine compartment.
7.
Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
8.
Turn the ignition ON and verify that the air bag warning light goes out after five (5) seconds.
9.
Road test the vehicle to ensure correct operation and alignment of the steering wheel.
