Wheel Bearing: Adjustments
1.
Raise and support vehicle.
2.
Remove front bearing adjusting cotter pin and adjusting lock cap.
3.
Torque adjusting nut to specification. At this time bearing preload adjustment as attained.
4.
Install adjusting lock cap and cotter pin. Do not move adjusting nut to insert cotter pin.
