REMOVING - REFITTING RADIATOR

  1. Position a suitable container to collect the coolant and disconnect sleeve (1) by undoing retaining clip. Disconnect sleeve (2) leading to thermostat.
  2. Disconnect electrical connection to fan.
  3. Unscrew screws fastening fan-radiator assembly to front beam.
  4. Remove the fan-radiator assembly by removing from rubber base.
