Front suspension

1. remove the heat shield;
2. unscrew the fixing screws of the power steering box to the front crossmember;
3. position a column hydraulic jack under the crossmember, then unscrew the fixing screws of the crossmember to the bodyshell (arrows); slowly lower the jack and remove the front crossmember.

Reassembly

NOTE To reassemble the front crossmember and oscillating arm, carry out the operations for removal in reverse order.

Check the front wheel toe-in whenever the front crossmember or an oscillating arm is removed and refitted.
