Removing

1. Prise off the seal (1a), starting from the join (1b).

Refitting

Check that the seal is undamaged.

If it has, replace the seal.

Fit the seal in its seating, starting halfway along the bottom of the tailgate frame at the joint.

Check that the seal adheres to the tailgate frame flange.
