3. Refitting

CAUTION : Mark the location of the diesel injectors (if the injectors are to be reused).

Remove :

• The bolts (4)
• The clamps (7)
• The diesel injectors (5)
• The centring rings (6) on the cylinder head cover
• The copper seals

Plug the diesel injector wells.

N.B. : If it is impossible to remove the diesel injector, remove the stud fixing the clamp (6). Move the diesel injector by lifting it at "b"; Using a flat spanner (at "b").

CAUTION : In the case of the removal of a single injector : Replace the seal and the ring of the other injector retained by the same flange.

3. Refitting

CAUTION : Adhere to the tightening torques.

CAUTION : Replace the removed diesel injection high pressure pipe(s).

Preparing a diesel injector :

• Fit the centralising bush (6) (new)
• The copper seal (new)
