3. Refitting

Disconnect the fuel high pressure sensor (at "a").

CAUTION : Clean the high pressure unions before slackening (see the relevant operation).

CAUTION : Plug the unions on the diesel injector and fuel high pressure common injection rail; Using the tools [0188-T].

Unscrew :

• The unions of the high pressure fuel pipes (6); Using the tools [1603-A], [1603-F], [1603-E]
• The high pressure fuel supply pipe (7) unions; Using the tools [1603-A], [1603-F], [1603-E]

Remove :

• The high pressure fuel supply pipes (6)
• The bolts (8)
• The high pressure fuel supply pipe (7)
• The bolts (9)
• The fuel high pressure common injection rail (10)

3. Refitting

CAUTION : Adhere to the tightening torques [symbol: i in circle].

CAUTION : Replace the removed diesel injection high pressure pipe(s).

Refit :

• The fuel high pressure common injection rail (10)
• The bolts (9) (without tightening)
