Insert the checking sleeve [0171-D], fitted with the adaptor sleeve [0171-E / 4219-T], between the air hose (1) and the air duct (2).

Connect the pressure gauge [0171-A / 4073-T] to the checking sleeve [0171-D] using a pipe (at "a").

Place the pressure gauge [0171-A / 4073-T] inside the vehicle.

CAUTION : Observe the following checking conditions : Engine at operating temperature; Vehicle in working order.

Start the engine.

Gradually accelerate.

Accelerate the engine to full load.

Check the pressure.

Remove tools [0171-A / 4073-T], [0171-D]and [0171-E / 4219 - T].

4. Refitting

Refit :

• The pipe (1)
• The air duct (2)

CAUTION : Replace the clip (3).

Refit :

• The clip (3) (neuf)
• The right-hand protector under the engine
• The protective panel under the engine
