2. Removing

ESSENTIAL : Respect the safety and cleanliness recommendations that are specific to high pressure diesel injection (HDi) engines.

Disconnect the battery.

2.1. Sealing ring (timing side)

Remove the accessories drive belt(s).
Support the engine using a workshop crane.
Remove the right-hand engine mounting.

Lower the engine on the right-hand side to gain access to the bolt (2).

[0191-2K].

Remove :

  • The (2) bolt
  • The ancillary drive pulley (1)

Screw the tool [0191-2G] in the sealing ring (3).
