2. Removing
Place the vehicle on a 2-post lift.
ESSENTIAL : Respect the safety and cleanliness recommendations that are specific to high pressure diesel injection (HDi) engines.
CAUTION : After switching off the ignition, wait 10 minutes before disconnecting the battery (to guarantee that the initialisations of the various ECUs are memorised).
Disconnect the battery.
Drain the fuel tank; Using the apparatus for draining fuel tanks.
