ESSENTIAL : Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations.

  1. Untighten the rear wheel bolts.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle, with the rear wheels hanging free.
  3. Remove the rear wheels.
  4. Depress the brake pedal several times.
  5. Pull the parking brake lever firmly 4 to 5 times.
  6. Slacken the parking brake.

Slacken the nut (1) in order to release the tension of the handbrake cable.
