Remove :

  • The adjusting mechanism (1)
  • The spring (5)
  • The retaining clips (3)
  • The brake pads (2)
  • The spring (4); Using tool [1]

3. Cleaning

ESSENTIAL : Do not use compressed air to clean the brakes.

3.1. 1st possibility

Clean the brake disc and the brake caliper, using an approved brake cleaning product.
Allow to dry and to drain.
Wipe with a paper towel.

3.2. 2nd possibility

Use an approved dedusting instrument (refer to the Material and Equipment Catalogue).

4. Refitting

Refit :

  • The brake pads (2)
  • The retaining clips (3)
  • The spring (4); Using tool [1]
  • The spring (5)
  • The adjusting mechanism (1)
