2.2. Refitting (page 2 of 2)

CAUTION : Make sure that the brake pedal is in the rest position and that it remains so throughout the operation. Do not support the brake pedal while fitting the brake light switch (1), risk of incorrect setting.

Check that the locking key "a" is inside the extension of the stoplamp switch centring lug (1). Present the stop lamp switch (1) to its support, with the thrust pad "c" against the brake pedal. Turn the brake light switch (1) one quarter of a turn clockwise to the stop.

N.B. : Adjustment of the stoplamp switch (1) is automatic once it is locked.

Re-connect the connector (at "d").

Check that the brake lights come on.
