Refit :

  • Reverse relay spindle (19) equipped with its gear (20)
  • The oil filler neck (21)
  • The oil filler neck (22) ( output shaft)
  • The magnetic shim (23)

CAUTION : Check the fitting of the reverse gear shaft.

3. Refitting the gearbox casing

CAUTION : Check that the gearbox casing centring pins are present and that the magnetic disc is in its location.

Coat the joint face with a thin, even layer of sealing paste "E10".
Fit the gearbox casing (24) on the clutch housing.
Position the shaft seal correctly (at "d").
Tighten the bolts (25) to 1,80 ± 0,18 daN.m.
