2. Removing

Place the vehicle on a 2-post lift.

Slacken the front wheel bolts.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Lift and support the vehicle.

Remove :

• The protective panel under the engine
• The right-hand protector under the engine
• The front wheel bolts
• The front wheels

Drain gearbox (see the relevant operation).
