Place the rain sensor ( 1) in its base.

Lock the spring ( 2).

Connect the connector "a".

Insert the key in the vehicle ignition.

Start the engine.

Activate the automatic windscreen wipe (position I or "AUTO").

A single wipe of the front windscreen confirms that the automatic mode has been activated.

Spray water onto the rain sensor zone.

Check the functioning of the automatic windscreen wipe.

Place the wiper switch in position 0.

Stop the engine.
