REMOVING-REFITTING WINDSCREEN PILLAR SEAL

Removing

Prise off the windscreen pillar seal and remove it.

Refitting

• Using 600 abrasive paper, remove the primer and double-sided adhesive residues;
• thoroughly clean the surface shown using aviation fuel and disposable paper;

• place the new part on the seal-support channel secured to the windscreen frame pillar (left picture);
• take care when inserting the spare in the appropriate centring hole at the top of the seal (right picture);
