• remove the adhesive tape previously applied to the windscreen pillar;
• remove the protective film from the double-sided tape, applied to the outer part of the replacement part;
• position the trim on the front of the windscreen;

• place the hood in the closed position;
• using a special tool, fit the trim on the rain gutter fixed to the windscreen frame pillar;

• wait at least five minutes with the hood in the closed position to ensure that the trim is properly stuck to the pillar;
• check the perfect alignment between the hood, the windscreen pillar and the fixed window.
