Vibrating knife

The vibrating knife consists of special shears and a set of vibrating blades where the number of oscillations can be adjusted electrically.

It can be used for cutting polyurethane sealants.

It is important during cutting that the blade is always kept parallel to the window and the bodywork to prevent it from breaking.

To prevent the shears from overheating it is advisable to adjust the advanceand the number of oscillations according to the conditions of usage.

The detail (A) shows the scraper to be fitted to the vibrating shears to level the residues of sealant.

Do not use lubricants during cutting. The blades should always be sharpened.
