Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration(s) and table(s). 1 - Battery to generator cable electrical connector retaining nut cover 2 - Battery to generator cable electrical connector retaining nut 3 - Battery to generator cable electrical connector 4 - Generator electrical connector 5 - Air conditioning (A/C) compressor electrical connector 6 - A/C compressor wiring harness retaining clip 13 - Generator retaining bolts 3. To install, reverse the removal procedure. | -

Raise and support the vehicle. CAUTION:Do not place excessive strain on the A/C compressor refrigerant lines. Failure to follow this instruction may result in the A/C system leaking refrigerant. Using suitable cable ties, secure the A/C compressor to the radiator support bracket. | Item 11 : Generator decoupler retaining bolts NOTE:Do not remove the generator decoupler retaining bolts from the generator.
