Generator and Regulator - Generator—1.8L Duratorq-TDCi (Lynx) Diesel, Vehicles Without: Air Conditioning C-MAX 2003.75 (06/2003-)
Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the accessory drive belt.
    For additional information, refer to: Accessory Drive Belt - 1.8L Duratorq-TDCi (Lynx) Diesel (303-05 Accessory Drive, Removal and Installation).

  1. Remove the battery to generator cable electrical connector cover.

  1. Disconnect the generator electrical connectors.

4. Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration(s) and table(s).

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

  1. Initialize the door window motors.
