Disassembly and Assembly

Disassembly
  1. Detach the backrest cover from the underside of the backrest.
    • Detach the retaining strip

  1. Detach the backrest from the backrest frame.
    • Cut the hog rings.

  1. Remove the backrest back plate.
    • Cut the cable ties.
  1. Remove the head restraint.

  1. Remove the tip lever bezel from the tip lever.

  1. Remove the head restraint guides.
    • Press the locking tangs.

  1. Remove the backrest cover.
    1. Roll the backrest cover up the backrest detaching the hook loop tape.
    1. Cut the hog rings.

  1. Disconnect the tip lever cables.
    1. Disconnect the cable outer.
    1. Disconnect the cable inner.

  1. Remove the tip lever and cables.
    • Press the locking tangs.
  1. Remove the lumbar motor.

Assembly

  1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
