Lower the front part of the headliner to expose single screws holding the body mounted hinges. (See Fig. 3)
7.
Remove the screw holding the hinge to the roof. Install new hinge and screw. Repeat on other hinge. (See Fig. 1) Torque to 15-20 in.lbs. (1.7-2.2
Nm).
8.
Install sunroof rubber seal, re-attach the headliner, 'A' pillar moldings, fasteners, grab handle and sun visors.
