F 250 4WD Super Duty V10-6.8L VIN Z CNG (2003)
4. Remove the bolts and the spare tire carrier.

Turn the spare tire carrier to release it from the tabs.
5. Pull out the spare tire carrier lock.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
