Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section  414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables.

  1. Remove the steering column upper and lower shrouds.

  1. Remove the multifunction switch.
    1. Disconnect the multi-function switch electrical connectors.
    1. Remove the retaining screw.
    1. Remove the switch.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
