Accessory Drive - Accessory Drive Belt—1.4L PTE (CVH) Fiesta 1996 (08/1995-02/2002)
Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section  414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables.

  1. Remove the accessory drive belt upper cover.
  1. Raise and support the vehice. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02 Jacking and Lifting.

  1. Remove the splash shield.

  1. Remove the accessory drive belt.
    1. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise.
    1. Remove the accessory drive belt.

Installation

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Make sure the drive belt is correctly located on all the pulleys.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
