WARNING:Brake fluid contains polyglycol ether and polyglycol. Prevent eye contact. Wash your hands thoroughly after working with brake fluid. If brake fluid gets into the eyes, flush the eyes with cold running water for 15 minutes. If the irritation persists, call a doctor. If brake fluid is swallowed, drink water and induce vomiting. Call a doctor immediately. Failure to follow these instructions can lead to injury. CAUTION:Make sure that the vehicle is standing on a level surface. CAUTION:If brake fluid contacts the paintwork, rinse the affected areas immediately with cold water. Remove the pre-load valve. - Take off the protective cap.
- Undo the bleed nipple.
- Unscrew the pre-load valve.

Remove the clutch slave cylinder. - Remove the bolts.
- Remove the clutch slave cylinder.

NOTE:The clutch release bearing is a press-fit. Remove the clutch release bearing. - Separate the clutch release bearing from the slave cylinder by tapping them against a soft surface.

Remove the clutch slave cylinder. - Remove the bolts.
- Remove the clutch slave cylinder.

NOTE:The clutch release bearing is a press-fit. Fit the clutch release bearing. | | -
Fit the clutch slave cylinder. - Coat the input shaft splines with high-temperature grease .
- Insert the clutch slave cylinder
- Tighten the bolts.

NOTE:Check the oil seal and renew as necessary. Fit the pre-load valve. - Tighten the bleed nipple and push on the protective cap.

Fit the clutch slave cylinder. - Coat the input shaft splines with high-temperature grease .
- Insert the clutch slave cylinder
- Tighten the bolts.
